Project Description:
12,000 SF 1-story Clubhouse with a 1,200 SF Caretaker Suite as the second floor. There is a wrap around porch on approximately 75% of the exterior walls. There is a multi-purpose room, a basketball court, a fitness center and a large lounge area among other amenities.
Structural System:
Floors and roof are framed with prefabricated wood trusses on a combination of steel frames and load bearing wood stud walls. Building is founded on shallow foundations.
